Membership levels within Intel® Partner Alliance

Member

All partners get access to the Intel® Partner University and registration in the Intel® Solutions Marketplace with lead generation, customer support within 48 hours, and other benefits they can access immediately.

Gold

Gold partners receive a shop in the Intel® Solutions Marketplace with tools for lead generation and more training materials. The speed of customer support is also accelerated to a maximum of 24 hours.

Titanium

In addition to all the benefits of the previous levels, Titanium partners use enhanced tools for lead generation and matchmaking, pre-release product information, and customer support within 4 hours.
