People power: The heart of Maverick’s momentum

Over the past few months, TD SYNNEX Maverick has received industry recognition from Logitech, Zoom, and Lenovo, expanded our partnerships, and restructured our business to better serve our customers. But the real story, the one I want to talk about, isn’t just the wins. It’s the people behind them.

In the face of a new industrial revolution, all businesses are having to evolve at a pace we’ve never experienced before. The whole Maverick team has responded and we’ve rewarded many of our people with well-deserved promotions that speak volumes about our culture.

In our country teams, Lene has taken on the role of Business Unit Manager for the Nordics, bringing with her over a decade of experience, trust from our customers, and a sense of momentum that lifts every room she walks into. Patrick Bollin will be working alongside Tanja in our DACH region to head the Maverick specialist team, bringing knowledge of the entire industry and great relationships with our key customers.

Joan has taken the position of Senior Director for Europe. With his deep understanding of both the industry and our internal culture, Joan is leading the charge across our entire brand portfolio, helping us to respond in an agile way to their priorities.

Our solutions guru Sven has moved into a new role leading our Solutions and Alliances team across Europe. He started with us in Belgium and has built his career on commercial savvy, collaborative thinking, and a quiet confidence that brings people together. Now, he’s helping us connect the dots across countries, technologies, and building a locally based solutions team to back up our sales teams.

After playing a key role in developing our LED portfolio, Adria has stepped up as Business Manager for Signage & Audio across Europe. His deep product knowledge and experience working with integrators will see us launch some exciting new partnerships before the end of the year.

And Lian, what can I say? Since joining us, she’s brought drive, energy, and channel expertise. Now, as Business Manager for Collaboration, she’s leading the charge across one of our most established business areas.

As unified communications becomes more and more critical, not just to the market but to our business, Bartek has stepped into a key role as Business Manager for UCaaS across Europe. His technical knowledge, and clear vision are helping us shape a stronger, more agile UCaaS portfolio that meets our partners where they are and gets them where they want to go.

The partnerships our people build has been recognised with industry accolades. Zoom, we’ve been named their first and only Pan-European Zoom Support Services Partner for Zoom Workplace and Zoom Phone. That’s a big deal. It means our partners now have access to consistent, expert support across borders, something we’ve been working hard to deliver. We were also proud to be recognised in Zoom’s Champions Circle in the Distributors category, a nice nod to the results our teams are delivering.

And then there’s Logitech. In partnership with the peripherals team, TD SYNNEX Maverick was named Logitech’s European Distribution Partner of the Year at their Channel Champions event in Athens. That recognition reflects years of deep collaboration, shared focus, and a commitment to delivering real value across 16 European countries.

It’s easy to talk about technology, platforms, and go-to-market strategies. But behind it all, it’s people who make the difference. People who go the extra mile. People who bring ideas, with energy,

In the face of a turbulent market and global economy, let’s keep moving forward and take a moment to celebrate those people.
