How it works
Identify a new customer planning to install at least three rooms.

Submit the opportunity for approval with your details, end user details and product number.

Terms and conditions
The program is designed to support new customer opportunities across EMEA. It applies to authorised HP Poly resellers introducing eligible room solutions to customers who haven’t purchased Poly Studio X, V or G series products within the past 24 months.
To ensure the opportunity represents a real rollout, the end project must include a minimum of three rooms, with one promotional unit available per customer under the program. The promotion runs from 1st February to 30th April 2026 and cannot be combined with other promotions or special pricing agreements.
This offer is limited to one unit per customer, with a minimum opportunity size of three (3) rooms to equip. The customer is eligible if he has not purchased any Poly Studio X/V/G series product for the past 24 months.
