Teamwork that makes a difference: GCC and the FY2024 Corporate Citizenship Report

At TD SYNNEX GCC we often describe ourselves  as Power Rangers: each co-worker brings his or her unique strengths, and together we achieve more than any one of us could probably do alone.

This year’s Corporate Citizenship Report (FY2024) shows what teamwork can deliver on a global scale. Thanks to the dedication of coworkers worldwide and the strong leadership of our CEO, Patrick Zammit, TD SYNNEX has reached milestones that strengthen both our business and our responsibility to society.

These achievements give GCC an even stronger platform to focus on our strategic priorities. From scaling AI responsibly and deepening partnerships with our vendors, to advancing sustainable solutions in white-box, networking infrastructure and new configuration tools like TD SYNNEX Selecta, we are better equipped to help our customers deploy technology efficiently. And the best part? We get to do it while learning, celebrating wins along the way, and having a bit fun as we go.

Climate action delivered ahead of schedule

One of the most striking facts in this year’s report is that TD SYNNEX has already met its 2030 targets for Scope 1 and 2 emissions, six years ahead of schedule. Since 2022, we have reduced our direct emissions by around 43%.

For GCC, it’s not just numbers. Every improvement in energy efficiency or packaging sustainability directly impacts how we move and deliver components, from large-scale server infrastructure to advanced networking solutions. The Sustainable Transportation & Logistics Guidebook and the Sustainable Packaging Playbook provide practical ways to reduce our footprint across the value chain, while keeping speed and reliability for our partners.

These improvements also make daily work more engaging for our teams. Seeing a process become greener and more efficient gives instant feedback that our efforts truly matter. It’s tangible, practical, and even a little exciting to watch small changes add up to big results.

People and culture at the heart

A sustainable business is also a human one. Across TD SYNNEX, colleagues contributed over 7.300 volunteer hours, supporting 107 non-profits in their communities. More than $30 million was raised through our Share the Magic initiative, real impact that reaches real people.

Inside the company, engagement continues to strengthen. Our global colleague engagement score reached 83%, reflecting dedication, creativity, and collaboration across teams. For GCC, this high engagement fuels innovation and agility, allowing our Power Rangers to tackle challenges together.

It’s also a reminder that responsibility starts at home. Investing in people, fostering collaboration, and celebrating contributions ensures that teams can keep delivering solutions effectively, while enjoying the journey together. There’s real pride (and a little joy) in seeing what we can make happen when we pull together.

Trust in the digital age

Rapid technological change brings both opportunity and responsibility. In FY2024, TD SYNNEX established the Digital and AI Responsible Transformation team to guide innovation ethically and transparently.

For GCC, responsible technology adoption is vital. From supply chain optimization to deploying AI in infrastructure planning, these measures safeguard reselling partners and customers while enabling growth.

Embedding trust into operations also strengthens customer confidence. By taking a structured, ethical approach to AI and digital solutions, GCC ensures partners can rely on both the technology and the integrity of the processes behind it, creating a solid foundation for collaboration today and in the future.

Recognition that strengthens partnerships

External recognition confirms the relevance of TD SYNNEX’s approach. In FY2024, sustainability and ESG initiatives earned awards from Lenovo and Dell Technologies, showing that our work resonates with partners and the broader technology ecosystem.

For GCC, these acknowledgements reinforce credibility in key markets and with strategic partners. Recognition proves that responsible business practices are valued, and that operational excellence and sustainability can go hand in hand.

Beyond awards, these achievements strengthen relationships across the supply chain. Customers and partners increasingly expect accountability, and TD SYNNEX’s demonstrated progress gives GCC a trusted platform for collaboration and growth.

The journey continues

Meeting emission targets ahead of schedule, contributing thousands of volunteer hours, fostering engagement, and embedding responsible digital practices are milestones, not endpoints. For GCC, they set the stage to integrate sustainability into logistics, empower teams to innovate, and expand responsible AI across the supply chain.

These actions show that performance and responsibility reinforce one another. As we continue our journey, these principles guide every decision, from strategy to execution.
