The strategic transaction strengthens TD SYNNEX’s position as a leading value-added distributor and IT solutions integrator in Poland, with additional expert knowledge and an expanded technology portfolio.
Warsaw, Poland, January 5, 2026 – TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) announced the successful completion on December 31, 2025, of its acquisition of the audio-video (AV), unified communications (UC), and gaming business divisions from Exclusive Networks Poland.
As the integration process begins, the AV/UC team will join TD SYNNEX’s specialist Maverick division, while the gaming team will become part of the Peripherals business unit.
TD SYNNEX Maverick will be immediately selling ATEN, AudioCodes, Barco, Chief, DTEN, Ecler, Edbak, Jabra, Lenovo, LG, Logitech, Optoma, HP, Samsung, Sharp, Yealink and Zoom in Poland, as well as its original portfolio. The business has begun a move to a new office with its team of 30 in Krakow and transferring operations and customers over to TD SYNNEX.
