Through our white‑label, self‑service trade‑in portal, resellers can instantly generate customer quotes on a scalable platform designed for speed and simplicity. Integrated logistics and real‑time tracking provide full visibility from device collection through inspection, including detailed reporting, certified data erasure and seamless payment, all in one place.

How the Renew programme works
Six simple steps from quote to invoice
1. Log in or register
Access the TD SYNNEX Renew platform using your credentials.
New to the programme? Registration is quick and straightforward.
2. Build a quote
Select the device type, condition and quantity to generate a trade‑in or take‑back quote.
3. Discuss with your customer
Present the Circular IT opportunity as part of the refresh conversation and agree next steps.
4. Arrange free collection
Choose a collection date and location. Shipping labels are generated automatically. Products will be collected and shipped to the CORDON/SLS processing facility.
5. Device processing by SLS
Devices are tested, cleaned and securely data‑wiped. A final assessment confirms the value.
6. Accept the final offer
Approve the offer and complete invoicing.
Data wipe certificates are provided for audit and compliance purposes.
