Go beyond support with HPE Complete Care
Deliver a service experience shaped around your customers’ business goals and IT environment.
HPE Complete Care is HPE’s most comprehensive service solution. It’s designed for customers running complex or hybrid environments, where multiple technologies carry business-critical workloads and the cost of getting it wrong is high. What sets it apart is a named service delivery team who learn the environment, plan around it and stick with it.
What HPE Complete Care gives your customers
- Personalised operational support – a service experience configured to the customer’s environment and business objectives.
- Proactive monitoring and recommendations – issues identified and acted on before they reach the business.
- Environment-wide expertise – specialist knowledge spanning all technologies included in the agreement.1
- Strategic guidance from HPE specialists – quarterly technical sessions on topics the customer chooses in advance.
- Improved performance and resilience – fewer disruptions and better use of the features already paid for.
The people behind the service
Complete Care assigns a service delivery team rather than routing each case to whoever’s available.
- Service Experience Manager – the customer’s single point of contact for planning, advisory support, delivery and reporting.
- Technical Advisor – a deep product specialist in one HPE technology category, covering platform profiling and lifecycle planning.
- Proactive Support Manager – assigned where storage is involved, adding storage-specific deliverables to the team.
An Assigned Customer Engineer can also be added when customers want a named engineer accountable for on-site hardware activity.
Tech Care or Complete Care?
Both are HPE support services, and they suit different customers.
HPE Tech Care is product-level support for straightforward environments, giving customers fast access to specialists, digital tools and self-solve capability when something needs attention.
HPE Complete Care is for complex or hybrid estates, where the customer wants an assigned team engaged with the environment continuously rather than only when an incident is raised.
Customers choose one or the other. If you’re not sure which fits, the HPE team at TD SYNNEX can help you work through it.
Why it matters for a tech refresh
A refresh rarely replaces everything at once. For a period of time, customers run new HPE ProLiant Gen11 and Gen12 platforms alongside equipment they haven’t replaced yet, across technologies bought at different times for different reasons. That mixed state is where problems hide, and it’s where an assigned team who understand the whole picture earn their place – keeping the environment optimised, secure and aligned to what the business is trying to do.
